INOAUG Oracle APEX AI Days 2025 - Gurugram

The Gurugram edition of INOAUG APEX AI Days 2025, organized by INOAUG, was held on Saturday, 22 November 2025, bringing together Oracle APEX developers, architects, and technology leaders from the NCR region. The event continued the APEX AI Days series with a strong focus on practical, enterprise-ready AI adoption within the Oracle ecosystem.

Maathra participated as an event partner, underscoring its active role in advancing Oracle APEX innovation and responsible AI integration. As part of the core agenda, Arun Mohan, Co-Founder and CTO of Maathra, delivered the session “Model Context Protocol (MCP) for APEX Developers.”

The session focused on how enterprises can safely enable large language models to interact with databases and applications without compromising governance or control. Arun explained how the Model Context Protocol provides a structured and typed interface for exposing Oracle Database capabilities, APIs, and operations to AI systems.

Through live demonstrations using Claude Desktop, attendees saw how natural language queries can be converted into valid SQL, executed securely against Oracle Database, and summarized into clear business insights. The session highlighted conversational analytics, controlled execution, and real-world use cases relevant to Oracle APEX applications in production environments.

The Gurugram session saw strong engagement from the audience, with discussions around AI-assisted analytics, developer productivity, and practical MCP adoption patterns. The event further strengthened the INOAUG community’s focus on combining low-code development with modern AI capabilities in a governed and enterprise-aligned manner.
