The Challenge
The organization operated across multiple factories and business divisions, each responsible for reporting operational, financial, HR, and compliance metrics. Performance data was captured and shared using spreadsheets circulated via email, with no centralized system of record.

Our Solution
Maathra designed and implemented a centralized Management Information System using Oracle APEX on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The platform established a single source of truth for performance data across factories and divisions, replacing spreadsheets with structured, role-based data capture.
The solution introduced formal target-setting mechanisms, weekly performance submissions, and end-to-end approval workflows with mandatory remarks and automated notifications. Dedicated modules were built for finance consolidation, HR reporting, legal and secretarial case tracking, and capacity utilization monitoring.
Role-based dashboards provided leadership with real-time, consolidated insights, while access controls ensured users could view only approved and relevant information. The platform was delivered using an agile approach, enabling rapid rollout and early stakeholder validation.
